Meet Our Service Leader

Hello, my name is Ariana, and I’m proud to be the Service Leader here at Buds and Bees Early Learning Belconnen. Since Buds and Bees Belconnen opened its doors in 2022, I’ve had the privilege of being part of its journey every step of the way. Watching our service grow, celebrate milestones, and build strong connections with families and the community has been incredibly rewarding. Being located in the heart of Belconnen, we’re not just an early learning centre—we’re part of a vibrant and caring community that is making a real difference in children's lives.

One of the most heartwarming parts of my day is stepping into our beautiful, spacious outdoor yard and being greeted by the joyful voices of children calling out my name with smiles and excitement. These genuine moments of connection are what make my role so special.

I’m so proud of the passionate, dedicated team we have here at Buds and Bees, and I look forward to continuing our journey together—nurturing little minds, supporting families, and growing alongside our Belconnen community.
