Meet Our Service Leader

Hello, my name is Sandy Chui Ying Leung, and I am delighted to welcome you to Buds and Bees Early Learning as your Centre Director.

With more than ten years of experience in teaching and educational leadership across both international and Australian education settings, and as a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, I feel incredibly privileged to be part of your children’s early learning journey.

For me, early childhood is about so much more than education. It is about creating a place where children feel safe, loved, heard and celebrated for who they are. Every child is unique, and I believe they deserve the time, encouragement and care to discover their own strengths, build confidence and develop a genuine love for learning through play.

I also believe that the most meaningful outcomes for children happen when families and educators work together as a team. I look forward to getting to know each family, listening to your hopes and aspirations for your child, and building a warm and trusting relationship with you.

At Buds and Bees, our goal is to create a community that feels like an extension of home — warm, inclusive, nurturing and full of opportunities for children to explore, wonder, learn and grow.
